Word of the Lord July 6, 21

Evaluate where you have been, where you are now, and where you are headed. The most important element of your evaluation is your spiritual condition. Are you continuing to grow? Are you maintaining? Or have you lost ground? Set your mind and heart to make necessary corrections in your focus and intentions.

Psalm 84:5 Blessed is the man whose strength is in You, whose heart is set on pilgrimage.

July 6, 2021. Seemingly out of nowhere disappointment met you. Problems had been there all along, but they weren’t evident. The problem was not your fault, even though you had begun to think it was. What was going to be was not going to last long and you would have been right back in a similar situation. What I have for you is better than what was offered. I know it’s hard to wait. The wait will be worth it.

Isaiah 40:31 (NASB) “Yet those who wait for the LORD Will gain new strength; They will mount up with wings like eagles, They will run and not get tired, They will walk and not become weary.”  Bev Robinson

July 6, 2021. Society in general is as pessimistic as the day is long. The world is telling you to prepare yourself for imminent difficulties. They say to prepare for the worst. Their glass is always half empty and their prophets preach doom and gloom. Yes, hitches are quickly approaching on the horizon. I will make a way for you. Rise above the ground swells. Camp out with My Gospel. My good news is here to stay. Come up higher.

Revelation 21:5-7 (NASB) “And He who sits on the throne said, “Behold, I am making all things new.” And He said, “Write, for these words are faithful and true.” Then He said to me, “It is done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give water to the one who thirsts from the spring of the water of life, without cost. The one who overcomes will inherit these things and I will be his God and he will be My son.”    Kevin Robinson

July 6, 2021. Take just a moment and consider the things in your life that bring you happiness and/or satisfaction. Now evaluate why they bring you that happiness. Is it because they are things I have placed in your life or are they the pleasures and enjoyment that the world has to offer? Allow Me to prune the thoughts, words and actions so they line up with My plan for you. I want the best of everything for you.

Colossians 3:2-4 (NASB) “Set your mind on the things above, not on the things that are on earth. For you have died and your life is hidden with Christ in God. When Christ, who is our life, is revealed, then you also will be revealed with Him in glory.” Jonas Bohlin
