Word of the Lord June 23, 21

A lack of self-control is the evidence of allowing your carnal nature to rule. Self-control is not only a virtue, but is a fruit produced by the Holy Spirit in you. Seek to be filled to overflowing with My Spirit and the fruit will be evident in who you are and in everything you do.

Galatians 5:16 I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh.

June 23, 2021. Do not be trying so hard to exhibit My glory that you get into the flesh. If that happens you will soon burn out. Let my glory emanate from you supernaturally. Just be who I have made you to be. Others will see you and the way you act and react then will innately know there is something different about you. They will see you belong to Me. That will cause them to want what you have.

1 Peter 3:15-16 (ESV) “but in your hearts honor Christ the Lord as holy, always being prepared to make a defense to anyone who asks you for a reason for the hope that is in you; yet do it with gentleness and respect, having a good conscience, so that, when you are slandered, those who revile your good behavior in Christ may be put to shame.”   Bev Robinson

June 23, 2021. It is essential for you to never let your defenses down. I am not saying to live in fear or be afraid. My desire is for you to live in a constant state of readiness. Whether you like it or not, your adversary is always prowling and preying upon some unsuspecting soul who lets their guard down. I desire for you to develop spiritual muscle memory to the point where it becomes second nature to protect yourself.

Psalm 119:98 (NIV) “Your commands are always with me and make me wiser than my enemies.” Kevin Robinson

June 23, 2021. Before you form your opinions about matters, ask Me about the situation. Rush to judgments are not for you, child. It is so easy to make judgment calls on what you think and this can produce criticism and reproval. But I want you to remember that My thoughts are higher than yours. Let Me be the Judge and Jury because I know the outcome. You are to live at peace as much as you can. Remove the weight.

Psalm 9:7 (TPT) “But Yahweh, our mighty God, reigns forever! He sits enthroned as King ready to render His verdicts and judge all with righteousness.”  Robin Robinson Bohlin
