SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND BY MARSHA BURNS:
You are still waiting for the old phase to complete before you can begin a new cycle with confidence. Delays are exhausting, but soon you will be able to progress. Put a lid on impatience; it will be just a little while before the past is in the rearview mirror.
Isaiah 43:18-19 Do not remember the former things, nor consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing, now it shall spring forth; shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.
BE VIGILANT AND STAND
Clothe Yourself with the Armor
By Pastor Randy Brodhagen
Remember “Little foxes spoil the vines.” (Song of Solomon 2:15) Little compromises. You cannot get lazy in the belief. You cannot get lazy in your actions because the compromise will continue. “Cast all your cares on the Lord for He affectionately cares for you and watches over you.” (1Peter 5:7)
“Be sober, be vigilant for your adversary the devil walks around like a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour who resists steadfast in the belief.” (1Peter 5:8)
The devil is after the real believers. He wants to eliminate them because they are a threat. He is the master terrorist, the leader, the scorner who leads all the rest of the fools who follow his bidding of evil, selfishness, greed, pride and seeking power in the earth. But we terrorize the terrorists, in Jesus’ name.
The people following the devil are playing God, but the Lord says, “You shall have no other gods before Me.” (Exodus 20:3) “God resists the proud and gives favor and ability to those who humble themselves under His mighty hand.” If your guard is down, do not think for even a moment that you can sit by and you are okay.
“Watch and pray lest you enter into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.”
Yes, if the spirit is willing, the flesh is weak (helpless, harmless), but if you are not on guard, the flesh will take over. You will fall into trouble like Adam and Eve did when the temptations and the schemes of the devil worked on them.
June 10, 2021. Reflection on the past is beneficial if it is thinking about the good things I have done. If it is thinking about the bad things which have happened, this is not good. Take time now to reflect on your life starting from as early as you can remember. You will see how I have led and protected you. It is good to remember My love, care and direction. I am doing these same things for you right now. Remember this.
Isaiah 41:10 (NASB) “Do not fear, for I am with you; Do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, surely I will help you, Surely I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.” Bev Robinson
June 10, 2021. Naked. There is no one among you that would ever think of going outside into public view being completely naked. Being naked and unashamed, combined with being behind something, is a whole different story. Yet that is precisely what you do when you elect not to put on My armor. You step out into the open unclothed and unprotected. Choose to be clothed in righteousness. Be ready to face whatever elements and or events that come your way.
Matthew 7:13-14 (VOICE) “There are two paths before you; you may take only one path. One doorway is narrow. And one door is wide. Go through the narrow door. For the wide door leads to a wide path and the wide path is broad; the wide, broad path is easy and the wide, broad, easy path has many, many people on it; but the wide, broad, easy, crowded path leads to death. Now then that narrow door leads to a narrow road that in turn leads to life. It is hard to find that road. Not many people manage it.” Kevin Robinson
June 10, 2021. Satan is the father of lies. His tool to move you away from Me is to lie. When he says you are sick; I say you are healed. When he says you are poor; I say you are rich. Agree with My Word in order to defeat the schemes of the enemy in your life. Do not believe his lies that say I have abandoned you. Press deep into My presence and I will reveal My truth!
John 8:44B (NASB) “He was a murderer from the beginning and does not stand in the truth because there is no truth in him. Whenever he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own nature, for he is a liar and the father of lies.” Jonas Bohlin
