Word of the Lord Apr. 22, 21

When it seems that you have lost your way and feel disoriented, you need to refocus. Make a decision to stop looking at everything that is wrong and seek My face for wisdom and direction. Have belief that I will show you the way and guide you to a place of safety. I am your harbor in the storm and your refuge in times of trouble. Trust Me!
Psalm 62:8 Trust in Him at all times, you people; Pour out your heart before Him; God is a refuge for us. Selah
April 22, 2021. I watch you enjoying your gift. Yes, it is yours, but you know where it comes from. You absolutely know that I have graced you with this gift. You see the results and stand in amazement. You enjoy the creative nature of it. You enjoy it greatly, but it is also for the enjoyment of others. Give your creations away for others to enjoy and even more creations will come. Many will see and praise Me.

James 1:17 (NASB) “Every good thing given and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shifting shadow.”  Bev Robinson

April 22, 2021. Mutual confidence has become a lost art. You’ve heard the saying, “What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas.” That is extreme because it references doing something that you want concealed in secret or something you would feel guilty about becoming public knowledge. Keep your mouth shut when someone confides in you, unless it puts someone in danger. Don’t be known as the town crier. Keep private conversations private. Don’t speak everything you hear.

Proverbs 26:20 (NKJV) “Where there is no wood, the fire goes out; and where there is no talebearer, strife ceases.”    Kevin Robinson

April 22, 2021. Are you one with “a chip on your shoulder” or are you “a chip off the old block?” There is a big difference. My Son had every right to have a “chip on his shoulder” because He was perfect and many times those around Him failed to understand Him or treated Him badly. He chose to be “a chip off the old block” by saying and doing only what He heard from Me. Always follow that example.

Ephesians 5:1-2 (NASB) “Therefore be imitators of God, as beloved children; and walk in love, just as Christ also loved you and gave Himself up for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God as a fragrant aroma.”    Jonas Bohlin
