Word of the Lord Jan. 19, 21

I speak to those who are harboring resentment. Your disappointment has fostered disgust and anger. This is a new day in which you can develop a different outlook. Discouragement will snuff out your faith and hinder your relationship with Me. You must take the time to extricate yourself from the muck and mire of unproductive attitudes and set yourself to live by the laws of love.
Romans 5:5 Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us.

January 19, 2021. Discouragement is knocking at your door. Do not open it even a crack. It is a fast mover and will overtake you at the least chance it gets. Do what Scripture advises you. Think on the good things, the admirable things. Discouragement will leave if you practice this kind of thinking. But you have to practice and keep reining your thoughts into the center of your being. You can do this. I will help.

Philippians 4:8-9 (MSG) “Summing it all up, friends, I’d say you’ll do best by filling your minds and meditating on things true, noble, reputable, authentic, compelling, gracious—the best, not the worst; the beautiful, not the ugly; things to praise, not things to curse.  Put into practice what you learned from me, what you heard and saw and realized. Do that and God, who makes everything work together, will work you into His most excellent harmonies.” Bev Robinson

January 19, 2021. Weariness and fatigue have settled in upon many of you. People are simply worn out from the daily grind of life. In the midst of it, from seemingly out of nowhere, I give a suggestion or rather a command to do something out of your comfort zone. I strongly recommend you to say “yes” to what I am saying. In your obedience, blessings await you that are beyond what you can imagine. Don’t let discouragement and frustration disrupt My limitless favor.

Luke 5:5 (NKJV) “But Simon answered and said to Him, “Master, we have toiled all night and caught nothing; nevertheless, at Your word I will let down the net.” Kevin Robinson

January 19, 2021. Today I challenge you to give Me praise in everything. I know it is easy to praise Me in good times and for the great things I have done. The challenge comes when My Word says to praise Me in circumstances of need. Your true heart of praise and worship to Me will be revealed then. Heartfelt praise and worship of Me has little to do with trials you encounter. Praise Me for who I AM!

Psalm 50:23 (NASB) “He who offers a sacrifice of thanksgiving honors Me; And to him who orders his way aright I shall show the salvation of God.” Jonas Bohlin
