Word of the Lord Oct. 22, 18

Stay connected to Me.  Walk and talk with Me, and I will lead you and guide you into that which I have for you.  You will not be able to safely navigate the spiritual landscape of this season without My help.
Hebrews 4:16  Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.
Be aware of the factors in your environment that can derail your faith and spiritual progression.  You must make every effort to anchor yourself on the firm foundation of life in Christ.  It is easy to be distracted, so set your heart and mind on eternal truth, says the Lord.
John 17:3 And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent.
Don’t be alarmed if you experience things like setbacks, debt, discouragement or broken relationships. It can feel like you’ve taken a step forward only to take several steps back. This is the enemy’s strategy to get you to quit. Watch for breakthrough strategies and blessings to be released from God. Doug Addison
October 22, 2018. Keep on praying. Something you heard about didn’t appear to be real bad at first, but now it has taken a turn. It appears now to have become worse. This has become a big time attack. You thought it would be resolved by now, but it hasn’t been. From the beginning, I knew it would get worse before it got better. This is no surprise. Your assignment is to diligently pray. Don’t give up. Victory is coming.
1 Thessalonians 5:15-17 (ESV) “See that no one repays anyone evil for evil, but always seek to do good to one another and to everyone. Rejoice always, pray without ceasing.”  Bev Robinson
October 22, 2018. One’s hospitable nature is a major factor in determining whether people will return to receive again. Everyone longs to be validated. People yearn for love and acceptance. They wonder if you will continue to accept them in spite of their inadequacies. Create an atmosphere where you yourself are vulnerable. Get beyond your own insecurities by opening your heart and arms wide open with genuine care and attentiveness. Follow My example of loving people unconditionally. Demonstrate love.
Peter 4:9 (AMPC) “Practice hospitality to one another (those of the household of faith). [Be hospitable, be a lover of strangers, with brotherly affection for the unknown guests, the foreigners, the poor, and all others who come your way who are of Christ’s body.] And [in each instance] do it ungrudgingly (cordially and graciously, without complaining but as representing Him).”  Kevin Robinson
October 22, 2018. I am showing you a large playing field. There is a long line of those who are stepping up to the plate. Others are positioning themselves on the playing field and getting ready for the first pitch to be thrown.  Where are you in this scene? Are you readying yourself for the pitch? Are you settling into your position or are you still a bystander? These days require action, they require being in the right position at the right time. Ask Me and I will put you in the correct position.

Nehemiah 4:13 (NKJV) “Therefore I positioned men behind the lower parts of the wall, at the openings; and I set the people according to their families, with their swords, their spears, and their bows.”  Robin Robinson Bohlin
