Hebrews 11:17-19 (NKJV) “By faith Abraham, when he was tested, offered up Isaac, and he who had received the promises offered up his only begotten son, of whom it was said, “In Isaac your seed shall be called,” concluding that God was able to raise him up, even from the dead, from which he also received him in a figurative sense.” Bev Robinson
SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS
Examine yourself to see if you are in the Spirit. When you get upset or annoyed, it is the operation of your carnal nature, which is actually a position of being haughty. Now is the time to learn to rise above petty issues and walk in the Spirit. Stop contention before it causes division, says the Lord.
Psalm 37:8 Cease from anger, and forsake wrath; do not fret-it only causes harm.
Watch for God to speak to you and bring confirmation for what He is saying. Doug Addison
August 22, 2018. It is time to do some leg work. You have done all you can do from where you are, but there must now be some action. A part of believing Me is doing what I say. Abraham believed Me and took Isaac up on the mountain. Abraham knew it would end well because he KNEW Me. He didn’t know exactly how it would end but he acted. What you are dealing with will end well. Now act.
August 22, 2018. Extend a great big portion of My mercy to those who don’t deserve it. Just like you were shown mercy for things, when you weren’t worthy of receiving it, be sympathetic even when you don’t feel up to the task. You know what it feels like not to have compassion extended to you. Do you really want others to experience that same sort of pain and agony? Mercy is one of the most powerful elements today. Demonstrate mercy liberally.
Luke 6:36 (AMPC) “So be merciful (sympathetic, tender, responsive, and compassionate) even as your Father is [all these].” Kevin Robinson
August 22, 2018. Fight for your peace. Remember your struggle is not against people, but against the spiritual realm. These forces want to take you down because you belong to Me. You must remember that they are fighting to remove your effectiveness on the earth. If I were to pull back the covering over you, you would see the mighty clashes and warring angels doing battle. Finding peace in turmoil is knowing that you have already won the battle.
Ephesians 6:12 (ERV) “Our fight is not against people on earth. We are fighting against the rulers and authorities and the powers of this world’s darkness. We are fighting against the spiritual powers of evil in the heavenly places.” Robin Robinson Bohlin
