Sometimes we focus our eyes downward at what’s wrong with our situations and circumstances. We forget that God is waiting for us to look up to where He is!
“I lift up my eyes to the mountains—where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth. Ps. 121:1
What would have taken a lot of time is now going to be accomplished with ease.Doug Addison
June 16, 2018. Blessings have poured in on top of blessings. You have been amazed at how many. Let that amazement keep turning into thankfulness. You are a thankful person. That is one reason the blessings have come. You weren’t really expecting all that came. That’s okay. You weren’t giving to receive. You were just giving out of the goodness and thankfulness of your heart. Your motive is to please Me regardless of the blessings. Now you will receive more.
Luke 6:38 (ESV) “give, and it will be given to you. Good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over, will be put into your lap. For with the measure you use it will be measured back to you.” Bev Robinson
June 16, 2018. Consider yourself blessed because you have been found as part of a remnant for Me and My purposes. Some see a remnant as mere scrap or leftovers, but that is not My observation. Consider My twelve disciples, they were the ones who didn’t abandon My truth. Except for Judas, all of them ultimately came to their right mind and established the Church. Like you, they too, remained to see My Kingdom come. Even when all hope is lost, persevere. Confidently press onward.
Romans 11:5 (NIV) “So too, at the present time there is a remnant chosen by grace.” Kevin Robinson
June 16, 2018. Beware, there are verbal attacks coming against you. Actually they have been going on before now and you did not know. Prepare yourself and know your plan to rise above them. Jesus’ character was maligned and attacked on a regular basis. Those who are jealous and unknowledgeable feel the need to tear apart and pull down. You will rise above the fray, knowing that these conditions will strengthen your character. True power comes in not responding.
Matthew 5:11-12 (NLT) “God blesses you when people mock you and persecute you and lie about you and say all sorts of evil things against you because you are My followers. 12 Be happy about it! Be very glad! For a great reward awaits you in heaven. And remember, the ancient prophets were persecuted in the same way.” Robin Robinson Bohlin
